RULES, REGULATIONS, AND LAWS
VEHICLES designated to belong to the “UNIQUES” must be fixed or modified as a “LOWRIDER” or oldie style car.
The wheels of said car must be of the “LOWRIDER” style.
The tires of said car They must be in the same style as above
. Cars painted with primer must be painted in a period of time established by the officials and members of the “UNIQUES”.
The meetings will be held on the date, day and time established by the officials. and members of the “UNIQUES”

A fine of .50 cents will be charged for being late to the meetings without valid excuse
A fine of $ 3.00 will be charged for absence without valid excuse

REGLAS, REGLAMENTO, Y LEYES
Los VEHICULOS designados para pertenecer a los “UNIQUES” deben de ser arreglados o modificados como un carro de estilo “LOWRIDER” o oldie
Los rines de dicho carro deben de ser al estilo “LOWRIDER”
Las llantas de dicho carro deben de ser al mismo estilo de arriba
Los carros pintados con base primer deben de ser pintados en un período de tiempo establecido por los oficiales y miembros de los “UNIQUES”
La juntas se llevaran a cabo en fecha, día y hora establecida por los oficiales y miembros de los “UNIQUES”

Se cobrara una multa de .50 centavos por llegar tarde a las juntas sin excusa valida
Se cobrara una multa de $3.00 por falta sin excusa valida
Cuando la junta está en sesión se tiene que levantar la mano antes de hablar y esperar que se le otorgue su turno, de lo contrario se le cobrara .50 centavos por interrupción, al igual el hablar fuera de orden
Si tiene la necesidad de ir al sanitario/toliro haga la indicación a un oficial y proceda a su necesidad
Cada miembro y oficial es responsable de vender los boletos de rifas o participar en cualquier otra forma de actividad para la recaudación de fondos
Cada oficial es responsable de traer consigo sus notas e información que se tenga que compartir junto con papel, lápiz/pluma o cualquier otro tipo de equipo para apuntes de lo tratado en la junta
Se cobrara una multa de $5.00 a oficiales y a miembros que divulguen a otras personas cualquier cosa o información que solo son para los oídos de los “UNIQUES”
Está prohibido recargarse a un carro “UNIQUES” se cobrara una multa de $3.00 por esa falta
El costo de la placa “UNIQUES” será determinado por los oficiales y los miembros de los “UNIQUES” $______________ Se cobrara una multa de $__________ por placa extraviada o perdida
El costo de la membresía “UNIQUES” por mes $_____________
Se requiere una asistencia de 4 juntas consecutivas para las personas que quieren ser miembros del legendario Car Club “UNIQUES” y ser aprobado por cada oficial y miembros de dicho club
Los carros deben estacionarse en la orden establecida, se cobrara una multa de $1.00 al miembro que se estacione fuera de orden
Se prohíbe ingerir bebidas alcohólicas o droga durante la junta, se cobrara una multa de $5.00 por esta falta
Las multas se deben de pagar en la siguiente junta, al no ser así se le cobrara .50 centavos adicionales cada junta
Los miembros originales/pioneros mientras que tengan el deseo de obtener un carro “Lowrider” (A) No habrá tiempo limitado para obtenerlo (B) El miembro original/pionero que no tenga el deseo de obtener un carro “Lowrider” y quiere permanecer en la familia “UNIQUES” se les recibirá como miembro honorario (C) La persona nueva que desee ser un miembro “UNIQUES” tiene que tener un carro “Lowrider”, si aún no está arreglado o modificado los oficiales y los miembros tendrán que estar de acuerdo si se le otorga un tiempo definido para terminar su proyecto, esto aplica también al miembro nuevo que aún no tiene carro
Todos los préstamos personales se deben aprobar por los oficiales y miembros de los “UNIQUES”, si no se paga el préstamo en el día acordado se cobrara $1.00 adicional de donación por semana
Es obligatorio que todos los oficiales y todos los miembros participen en todas las actividades conocidas como: Actividad de la familia “UNIQUES” se cobrara una multa de $1.00 por esta falta al menos que tenga una excusa valida

El Car Club “UNIQUES” tiene todo el derecho de autorizar o negar a cualquier persona el uso de la placa oficial de la familia “UNIQUES”
El respeto entre oficiales y miembros será otorgado dentro y fuera de las juntas
Siempre debemos de mantener una actitud correcta
Cada oficial y miembro “UNIQUES” debe de estar dispuesto a rendir apoyo a otros y a la comunidad
Todos los oficiales y miembros de los “UNIQUES” deberán obedecer las reglas, reglamentos, y leyes establecidas por la familia “UNIQUES” Car Club
